Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meeting logistics
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Process administrative tasks including expense reports, data entry, and document preparation
- Support office operations by ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating vendors
- Assist with event coordination and meeting preparation for internal/external stakeholders

Qualifications
