- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure confidential document security
- Assist with office inventory management and supply procurement
- Support event planning and logistics for office functions
- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative support or office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
