Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including mail, supplies, and facility management.
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices for vendor payments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Supervise and train front desk staff and receptionists.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers (IT, cleaning, maintenance).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with basic accounting software and expense tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
