Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
- Manage vendor relationships, handle contracts, and negotiate services to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise and train administrative staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Maintain office inventory and supply levels, procuring necessary materials in a timely manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming reception experience.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in office management or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
