Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations including facilities management, supply inventory, and vendor contracts
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Manage employee onboarding processes and HR documentation
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and budget tracking
- Implement office policies and maintain compliance with regulations
- Coordinate company events and team-building activities
- Serve as primary point of contact for facility maintenance and IT support
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in office administration or management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience managing remote teams and hybrid work environments
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
