Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate facility services (IT, security, cleaning)
- Support HR functions onboarding, scheduling, and employee relations
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and complex calendar management
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reporting
- Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills
