- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Support the sales and operations teams with ad-hoc administrative projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
