Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive, organized digital and physical records.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and coordinate logistics for internal and client events.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports, expense reports, and inventory management.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
