Responsibilities
- Manage office communications including phone systems, email correspondence, and mail processing
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment procurement
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and reports
- Assist with onboarding new employees and training office protocols
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks including expense reports and invoice processing
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
