- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for management and staff.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports and invoice processing.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a general administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule.
