Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents and records accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain updated databases.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reports as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
