Responsibilities
- Manage and screen incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence with professionalism.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including room bookings, calendar management, and calendar reminders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers in a timely manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for executive leadership.
- Assist with office supplies inventory management and vendor coordination.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure a welcoming and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
