Responsibilities

- Documentation: Prepare, organize, and file documents accurately, ensuring proper data management and archiving.
- Office Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, restock supplies, and manage inventory.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, arranging conference rooms, and preparing meeting materials.
- Travel & Logistics: Handle basic travel arrangements and coordinate courier services when necessary.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to internal and external clients visiting the office.
Qualifications
