Responsibilities
- Greeting & Communication: Welcome visitors and answer incoming phone calls with a professional and friendly demeanor, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Mail & Logistics: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services efficiently and accurately.
- Office Operations: Assist in managing office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring the common areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Scheduling: Help manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting rooms for internal and client gatherings.
- Project Assistance: Support the administrative team with ad-hoc projects and special events as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy is desired; training on our internal systems will be provided.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attitude: A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Experience: No prior office experience is required. We are looking for candidates eager to grow.
