Responsibilities

- Communication Management: Greet visitors professionally and direct them appropriately; screen and route incoming emails and calls.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for team members.
- Document Management: Maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily retrievable.
- Vendor Liaison: Handle basic errands and coordinate with external vendors and delivery services as needed.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and requisition necessary supplies to ensure the office remains fully equipped.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; no prior experience necessary.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
