Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and digital channels during overnight hours
- Coordinate and maintain accurate office documentation, filing systems, and digital records
- Assist with payroll processing, expense reports, and financial data entry
- Prepare and distribute daily reports, correspondence, and confidential materials
- Oversee office supply inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance

Qualifications
