Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors, handle incoming calls, and screen and route correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Draft memos, correspondence, and reports; maintain and organize office files and records.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, arrange conference rooms, and take minutes when required.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels, place orders, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks and update internal databases with new information.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an office or administrative support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
