- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including room bookings and calendar management.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, digital files, and records with the highest level of accuracy.
- Assist with data entry, inventory management, and basic accounting tasks.
- Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
