Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones and responding to emails in a timely, professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing agendas.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering office supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Prepare internal documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as expense reporting and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office administration or clerical role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional demeanor.
