Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including mail processing, supply inventory, and facilities coordination
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Handle incoming communications professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and employee record management
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for senior staff
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support or office assistant experience
