Responsibilities
- Manage the daily front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
- Handle and route incoming mail, emails, and faxes promptly and accurately.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments for the executive team.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure business continuity.
- Perform general data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Office Clerk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar and proofreading abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
