Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately while maintaining a professional reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and courier services.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy information retrieval.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare agendas, and provide technical support during presentations.
- Assist with data entry, expense reports, and maintaining accurate departmental records.
- Order and inventory office supplies, ensuring stock levels are sufficient for daily operations.
- Answer and screen phone calls, taking detailed messages and routing inquiries to the correct departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional evening or weekend work.
