Responsibilities
- General Office Administration: Manage incoming emails, answer multi-line phone systems professionally, and greet clients and visitors warmly.
- Document Management: Handle data entry, filing, scanning, and archiving documents with high accuracy.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with booking meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics for internal and external events.
- Supply Management: Monitor office inventory, restock break rooms, and order necessary supplies to keep operations running efficiently.
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing exceptional service to both clients and team members.
- Special Projects: Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a related clerical role (1-2 years preferred).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
