Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Handle incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Data Entry & Record Management: Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, maintaining updated databases and physical filing systems.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department heads and executives.
- Office Support: Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and assist with basic bookkeeping or expense reporting.
- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, and internal documents using MS Office Suite.
- Customer Relations: Greet visitors and provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders at the front desk.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
