Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in CRM and accounting systems
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure document accessibility
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor communications
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Generate weekly/monthly data reports for management review
- Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment setup
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
