Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on 99% accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems efficiently.
- Answer multi-line phones and direct incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and clients at the front desk.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and mail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in office administration or data entry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
