Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during night hours, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism, using a multi-line phone system.
- Monitor building security, including access control and verifying visitor credentials.
- Process incoming mail, packages, and distribute them to appropriate departments.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital filing systems.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, or inventory checks.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and well-stocked.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office support role is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
