Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls during business hours, screen inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Access Control: Monitor security systems and manage keycard access for all personnel and guests entering the facility.
- Mail & Package Handling: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Facility Maintenance: Conduct routine checks of the office environment, ensuring lights, restrooms, and common areas are tidy and secure.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of visitor activities and nightly shift reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technology: Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and basic computer operations.
- Professionalism: Must demonstrate high integrity, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
