Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the main switchboard and incoming calls, transferring inquiries accurately.
- Monitor building security systems and access control, verifying visitor credentials.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist tenants with basic inquiries and provide directions or assistance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and common spaces.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate reception logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Associate is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and basic computer programs (MS Office).
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a focus on security.
