Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff arriving at the facility during the night shift with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate department or on-call personnel.
- Manage access control systems, verifying identification and issuing visitor badges as required.
- Perform light administrative duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining night shift logs.
- Monitor security cameras and alert management to any unusual activity or safety concerns.
- Assist in processing incoming mail and courier deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior experience as a receptionist or front desk assistant is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict company policies and procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
