Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and screen visitors, vendors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner during night hours.
- Phone Operations: Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel or take detailed messages.
- Security & Access: Monitor security cameras, control building access points, and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
- Administrative Support: Perform light data entry, file management, and distribute mail or packages as needed.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform basic facility checks, such as lighting, temperature control, and equipment functionality, reporting issues to management.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and security incidents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment (multi-line phones, printers, scanners).
- Professionalism: High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
