Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening/night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and direct communications appropriately
- Coordinate visitor access and maintain secure entry protocols
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Assist with event preparation and office maintenance during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with security and building management for emergency response
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or front desk experience
