Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strict focus on accuracy, speed, and confidentiality.
- Answer incoming phone lines, manage emails, and route messages promptly to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs, security protocols, and reception area organization.
- Update and reconcile database records, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Assist with inventory management and general administrative support tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in Data Entry is required.
- Must be available to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
