- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and urgent response protocols
- Maintain security protocols and monitor access control systems during overnight hours
- Prepare daily reports and handover documentation for day shift operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in receptionist or customer service role
