Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Oversee the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors arriving during the night shift.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls professionally, screening and transferring messages to the appropriate medical staff or departments.
- Data Entry: Accurately update patient records, check-in forms, and administrative logs into our digital systems.
- Access Control: Manage key card systems and ensure building security protocols are strictly followed after hours.
- Support Services: Assist night shift nurses and medical providers with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional front desk or receptionist experience preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record (EMR) software is a plus.
- Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
