- Coordinate with on-call medical staff for urgent patient needs
- Prepare daily reports and manage office supplies inventory
- Oversee security protocols for after-hours facility access
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Strong proficiency with medical scheduling software (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in emergency situations
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
