- Perform administrative duties including data entry, document management, and supply inventory
- Handle visitor access control and provide clear directions throughout the facility
- Prepare daily reports and handover documentation for day shift staff
- Resolve patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism during non-business hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical office certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in front desk or reception roles
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with minimal supervision
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
