Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening and overnight shifts, including greeting patients, visitors, and staff
- Answer and triage incoming calls, messages, and digital communications with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate patient check-in/check-out processes, verify insurance information, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow and urgent response protocols
- Maintain secure handling of confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Oversee facility security procedures and coordinate with after-hours support services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in receptionist, customer service, or healthcare administration role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems (EHR)

- Valid Kentucky driver's license and reliable transportation
