Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with exceptional efficiency
- Handle multi-line phone systems, triaging urgent calls and messages appropriately
- Process patient registrations and verify insurance information with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain secure patient records using our proprietary EMR system
- Coordinate with on-call medical staff for emergency situations
- Prepare daily reports and manage administrative documentation
- Ensure lobby security and access control protocols are followed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of front desk or reception experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in high-stress situations
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
