Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally during night hours.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, filing, and record maintenance for company databases.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage office supplies, ordering necessary materials to ensure operations continue without interruption.
- Customer Support: Assist clients or internal departments with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, schedule meetings, and assist with basic accounting duties as needed.
- Security & Access: Manage building access and security protocols for the evening shift.
Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
