Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors during night shift hours with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform accurate data entry, filing, and document management for nightly reports.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor building security systems, access logs, and key control procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply restocking.
- Prepare and distribute nightly administrative summaries to management.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for office equipment and IT peripherals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an office setting, customer service, or night audit is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
