Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into ERP systems with 99.9% precision
- Manage confidential documents and maintain organized filing systems
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications during night shift hours
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and mail
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping verification
- Prepare daily operational reports for morning management review
- Support inventory tracking and office supply management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years office administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and error-prevention skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
