Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily administrative functions during evening hours (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Execute high-velocity data entry and maintain accurate digital records and databases.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and inter-departmental communications.
- Prepare and distribute evening operational reports to senior leadership.
- Handle sensitive correspondence, including email management and phone screening.
- Monitor office inventory and assist in supply chain logistics for night operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a night shift or 24/7 facility setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours, including weekends, as required.
