Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry and document management with 99% accuracy.
- Manage incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, during off-hours.
- Coordinate and schedule operational shifts for team members.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Assist with inventory tracking and supply management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and reliably during night shifts.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
