Responsibilities
- Manage Evening Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for phone calls and emails during the night shift, ensuring all inquiries are resolved or escalated professionally.
- Data Management & Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical records; perform high-volume data entry with a focus on zero errors and timely completion.
- Shift Coordination: Assist in the scheduling and coordination of the night team to guarantee 24/7 operational coverage and efficiency.
- Report Generation: Compile end-of-shift logs, daily activity reports, and performance metrics for leadership review.
- Inventory & Supply Oversight: Monitor office supplies and inventory levels, initiating reorders to prevent any operational downtime.
- Document Control: Organize, file, and retrieve documents and contracts in strict adherence to company compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
