Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming communications, including emails and phone inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Perform accurate data entry, filing, and document management for overnight records and reports.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and logistics for the executive team.
- Maintain and inventory office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth night operations.
- Assist with the preparation of nightly shift reports and basic financial tracking.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and access control during night operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced office setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently during night shifts (evenings/overnights).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
