Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated digital databases and filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare daily reports, compile statistics, and distribute necessary documentation.
- Handle expense reports and process invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
