Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly during overnight hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records, filing systems, and databases.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and tracking night shift operational assets.
- Generate, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the night shift management team and resolve basic operational issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a night shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
