Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, emails, and phone inquiries during off-hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and document management for overnight operations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the leadership team.
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ensure the workspace remains organized and secure during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a night shift or remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but recommended).
