Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee administrative functions for the night shift, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails during the night hours, ensuring all inquiries are logged and resolved promptly.
- Scheduling & Calendar: Maintain and update digital calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for overnight staff.
- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and secure filing of physical and digital records, adhering to company compliance standards.
- Reporting: Generate daily/weekly reports on shift activities and input data into company databases.
- Inventory Control: Assist with inventory checks and supply ordering for the overnight facility.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; prior night shift experience is a strong plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
